The switching operation spring having a closed circuit spring 20 is connected to a rotatable spring power-accumulation link 17, and the spring power-accumulation link 17 rotates by a linear movement of an electromagnetic operation mechanism having a solenoid coil and an armature, and accumulates the switch operation spring.
