To provide a cover of a vacuum cleaner free from making a flaw on a floor surface by preventing a vacuum cleaner body from coming into direct contact with the floor surface by providing fibrous material covering the surface of the vacuum cleaner body even when the vacuum cleaner body is overturned and dragged around inadvertently.
A protection cover 24 formed of the fibrous material covering the outer surface part of the vacuum cleaner body 7 is constituted by exposing a traveling means such as the wheels 14 of the cleaner body 7 and a connection pipe 12a being a suction port of the cleaner body 7. Consequently, even when the cleaner body 7 is overturned and dragged around inadvertently, slipping operation is generated by the fibrous material covering the surface and the cleaners body 7 is not brought into direct contact with the floor surface, thereby a flaw is never made on the floor surface.
