A dust collecting case 18 provided in the upstream side of the intake air of an electric blower 12 for generating the suction air to separate the dust with the centrifugal force is provided with an intake part 37 communicating with an intake side of the electric blower 12, and the suction part 37 has an intake air filter 30 formed by adhering a material having high peeling property to a surface thereof.
