Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control rotation speed of a rotary brush by a simply configuration even when using a DC power supply.SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes: an electric blower 2 for generating a suction air; a suction tool for sucking dust from a suction port by the suction air of the electric blower; a rotary brush disposed in the suction tool; a motor 9 for the suction tool for rotating the rotary brush; operation means 19; control means 16 connected to the operation means 19; and second drive means 18 connected to the control means 16 and the motor 9 for the suction tool. As a same operation from the operation means 19 is continued, the control means 16 gradually changes pulse periods of the voltage to be supplied from the second drive means 18 to the motor 9 for the suction tool so as to gradually change the rotation speed of the rotary brush.
