Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a vacuum cleaner, and improve usability.
SOLUTION: A motor-driven air blower 2 and a cord winder 7 are provided, and the cord winder 7 is composed of a drum 8 which covers a rear peripheral wall of the motor-driven air blower 2 and winds a power source cord 10 and a support member 9a to rotatably support the drum 8, and a pair of large and small annular rails 12 are fixed to the support member 9a, and a pair of slidingly movable contact points 11 are fixed to a part opposed to the annular rails 12, respectively, and size reduction and weight reduction can be attained, and usability can be enhanced, and silence can also be enhanced.
