Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dispense with copper plating treatment by covering the vacuum surface of an inner container with a radiation shielding member having a shape similar to that of the inner container composed of aluminum foil wherein a gloss surface is set on the side of the inner container or a satin surface is set on the side of an outer container CONSTITUTION: An external container 6 is formed outside an inner container 1 so as to leave a predetermined distance from the inner container 1 and formed of outer containers 7, 8. A space 9 is formed between the inner container 1 and the external container 6 to form a vacuum layer. The gloss surface of a radiation shielding member 10A mounted on the surface of the vacuum layer 9 of the inner container 1 and having a shape similar to that of the inner container 1 composed of aluminum foil 10 is made inside and the satin surface thereof is made outside to mold the radiation shielding member 10A into the shape of the inner container 1 to cover the vacuum surface of the inner container 1. Proper hardness is provided by using the aluminum foil 10 and an once molded one exceeds an elastic limit to keep the molded shape continuously. The radiation shielding member 10A made of the aluminum foil 10 wherein the satin surface low in emissivity is made outside is mounted on the surface of the inner container 1 and emissivity same to that in such a case that copper plating is applied is obtained by a simple manufacturing process and radiation quantity in vacuum becomes same to the case of copper plating.
