Abstract:
PURPOSE:To present a vacuum controller which foresees trouble due to a vacuum supply source like a vacuum pump or an ejector, clogging of a filter, vacuum leakage from a sucking disk, or the like. CONSTITUTION:A valve block 52, a vacuum supply part (vacuum pump or ejector) 54, a detecting part 56, and a filter part 58 are provided, and the detecting part 56 consists of a display part 76 on which a vacuum pressure for measurement, a trouble foreseeing set pressure value, or the like is digitally displayed and up/down switches Sw1 and Sw2, a set switch Sw3, and a reset switch Sw4 which set this pressure value.
