Abstract:
Disclosed are a vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace and a usage method therefor, which relate to the technical field of special manufacturing equipment for powder metallurgy, powder ceramic sintering, etc. A graphite material box (3) is provided with an inner charging port (4) and an inner exhaust port (5), the inner charging port (4) being in communication with an inner charging pipe (6), and the inner exhaust port (5) being in communication with an inner exhaust pipe (7). A furnace body (1) is provided with an outer charging port (8) and an outer exhaust port (9), the outer charging port (8) being in communication with an outer charging pipe (10), and the outer exhaust port (9) being in communication with an outer exhaust pipe (11). The vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace mainly charges process gas into the graphite material box (3), and, as a supplement, charges inert gas to the outside of the graphite material box (3), such that the atmospheres inside and outside the graphite material box (3) are isolated, thereby reducing the impure atmosphere and contaminants from outside the graphite material box (3) entering the graphite material box (3) and affecting the sintering of products, such that the quality of products and the production speed are improved, the degree of contamination in the furnace is reduced, the service life of the vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace is prolonged, and the use of hydrogen during high-temperature sintering and the use of oxygen during low-temperature degreasing are made possible.
