To provide a vacuum distillation equipment capable of achieving a reduction in the load related to maintenance and the enhancement of durability in a such a case that an acidic or alkaline treatment liquid to be destilled is set as a treatment object.
The vacuum distillation equipment is provided with a distillation vessel equipped with a heater H, which heats a treatment liquid to be distilled by the supply of a heating medium in the state of insertion in the distillation vessel, a suction means for applying sucking action to the vapor discharge passage connected to the distillation vessel to reduce the pressure in the distillation vessel and a condenser for liquefying the vapor flowing through the vapor discharge passage. The heater H is equipped with a bottomed cylindrical ceramic main body part 15 of which the leading end is closed and the heating medium return pipe 16 inserted in the main body part and constituted so as to supply the heating medium into the ceramic main body part 15 from its base end to discharge the same to the outside through the heating medium return pipe 16.
