Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modification method of a microchannel having high durability with a simple modification procedure, capable of suppressing adsorption of a biological sample onto the microchannel inner surface, in order to achieve simple and quick analysis.SOLUTION: In a modification method of a hydrophobic microchannel inner surface, the inside of the microchannel is filled with a solution of a hydrophilic polymer, and subjected to vacuum drying.
