Abstract:
To provide: a vacuum dryer capable of more directly detecting the drying condition of a drying object, more accurately recognizing the drying condition of a drying object, and suitably controlling the temperature of a drying object; and a method of controlling the temperature of a shelf in the vacuum dryer.SOLUTION: There is provided a vacuum dryer 1 comprising: a drying chamber 10; a shelf 11 disposed in the drying chamber 10, and placed with a drying object F; a measuring part 39 that measures the weight of the shelf 11; a capturing part 20 that captures moisture subliming from the drying object F; an adjusting part 12 that adjusts temperature of the shelf 11; and a controller 40 that controls the adjusting part 12 according to the measurement result of the measuring part 39.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
