Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum dryer that can eliminate the necessity of additionally preparing an exposure prevention tool such as an enclosure and can securely prevent the atmosphere in a vacuum heating treatment space from leaking to outside even when an operator opens an opening/closing door.SOLUTION: A vacuum dryer 1 includes: a vacuum suction route 30 for vacuum suction of inside of a vacuum heating treatment space SP; a pressure sensor 29 for detecting whether or not inside of the vacuum heating treatment space SP is converted from a vacuum pressure state to an atmospheric pressure state; an exhaust route 20 having an exhaust fan 16 for exhausting the atmospheric air inside the vacuum heating treatment space SP when inside of the vacuum heating treatment space becomes the atmospheric pressure state; a detection section (an exhaust switch 10 and a contact sensor 25) for detecting an instruction for opening an opening/closing door 3; and a control section 100 for starting the exhaust fan 16 from a signal from the detection section (the exhaust switch 10 and the contact sensor 25) to discharge the atmospheric air inside the vacuum heating treatment space SP via the exhaust route 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
