Abstract:
To provide a technique of accelerating evaporation of moisture sticking to a drying object in vacuum drying.SOLUTION: A vacuum drying system 1 comprises a vacuum dryer 2 that evaporates moisture sticking to a work-piece 4 to dry the same by bringing the vacuum dryer into a reduced pressure environment using a vacuum pump 7, and a preheating device 3 that preheats the work-piece 4 prior to drying the work-pice 4 by the vacuum dryer 2. The preheating device 3 heats the work-piece 4 with heat energy of water vapor or condensed water discharged from the vacuum pump 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
