Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum electric cooker 10 including a lid body 28 for a cooker container 20, that facilitates an operation for an operator and can reduce stress applied to the cooker container 20 as much as possible.SOLUTION: A vacuum electric cooker 10 includes: a cooker container 20; a cooker body 12 having a horizontal base part 14 and a stand part 16 and internally having a motor 18 and a vacuum pump 38; a lid body 28 having an exhaust nozzle 26 and covering the cooker container 20; and a connection arm 32 where a connection nozzle 34 and holding means 36 are fitted to the tip end and that is attached to the stand part 16 so as to be swingable between an operation position and a non-operation position. The holding means 36 includes a pair of semicircular-shaped holding pawls 48a, 50a. The lid body 28 includes a circular groove 52 into which the holding pawls 48a and 50a are fitted when the connection arm 32 is at the operation position.
