Title:
VACUUM ELECTROPHORETIC HIGH-FREQUENCY DEHYDRATION TREATMENT APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013013881
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an apparatus for eliminating heavy metals from sludge and performing dehydration treatment of the sludge while continuously throwing in the high-concentration sludge contaminated with heavy metals by a conveying pump.

This vacuum electrophoretic high-frequency dehydration treatment apparatus is adapted to arrange a star-shaped electrode vibrating as a cathode, a plurality of star-shaped electrodes vibrating as anodes around the star-shaped electrode, and rack-shaped electrodes vibrating as cathodes on the side face of a funnel-shaped container while throwing in the high-concentration sludge contaminated with heavy metals into the funnel-shaped container of a reduced pressure atmosphere installed as an anode on a frame through a vibration control device. High pressure air is intermittently injected while applying DC power, and high-frequency vibration is applied to the sludge to obtain a floating liquefied state. Heavy metals of cations and anions that can no longer resist excessive interstitial water pressure due to the rise of interstitial water pressure, stick to the interstitial water and bubbles and rise, and are discharged to the outside by a vacuum pump connected to a ring-like drain pipe. The sludge rid of heavy metals and dehydrated is inserted in a sediment discharge apparatus and forcibly discharged by a discharge screw.
