Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformize temp. distribution in the whole material to be treated even in the condition which is not only in the vacuum but also in atmospheric gas in a vacuum furnace, to enable heating in accordance with the temp. condition of the material to be treated, and further to enable the control same as in the case of separately controlling plural heaters even in the case of detecting the temp. at one point.
CONSTITUTION: By plural heaters 12 for heating the material to be treated in the circumference of the laying space 11, each heating value is controlled based on the detected temp. of the material to be treated. In this case, the heating value of each heater is imparted with the predetermined deviation. In the case of existence of the atmospheric gas in the laying space, the deviation is changed according to this gas pressure or the temp.
