To surely fix a vacuum heat insulated body to the other member as the pressure reduced state of the vacuum heat insulated body is kept by containing a securing member in a core material so that the securing member has a surface part exposed to the surface of the core material, and closely adhered or bonded the surface part to a covering matter.
A securing member 1 is formed of a collar part 2 and a body part 3. The collar part 2 and the body part 3 are buried in a core material 6 from both sides of the core material 6, and meshed with each other in the core material inner part. The surface part 4 of the securing member is formed by exposing a material having fusing performance. The core material 6 and the securing member 1 are covered with a film 7 using a metal-vapor deposited material having fusing performance on the inner surface, and then subjected to pressure reduction treatment to provide a vacuum heat insulated body. The vacuum heat insulated body having high heat insulating property can be easily secured to the other member by nailing or screwing while keeping the heat insulating performance of the vacuum heat insulated body, and used as a material used for building.
