To suppress lowering of heat insulating performance, caused by a heat bridge, to a minimum by inclining the end face of heat insulating core material.
Heat insulating core material 5 is formed in plate shape of specified thickness. Its end face 5A is formed in inclined shape at an angle of 45°, for instance, and an angular part of an end face to be an acute angle is vertically cut off to form a cut-off part 51. With such end face shape of the heat insulating core material, an end face 1A of vacuum heat insulating material 1 for covering the heat insulating core material 5 is also inclined at the same angle. The dimension (L1+L2) of a film 2 positioned at this end face 1A is therefore extended. The cut-off part 51A of the heat insulating core material 5 on the outer box 22 side, and a seal part 2A is folded onto the inner box 23 side and stuck to the inner box side of the vacuum heat insulating material 1. In this state, a polyurethane solution is filled between boxes 22, 23 to embed the vacuum heat insulating material 1, and the seal part 2A is pressed to the inner box 23 side face of the vacuum heat insulating material 1.
