Title:
VACUUM HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11159692
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce a hear bridge by using a packing material having heat conductivity in a surface parallel to the heat conductive direction smaller than a packing material having a vertical directional surface in the heat conductive direction in a resin sheet having a metallic layer on a vertical surface in the heat conductive direction.

A sheet having a metallic layer or a metallic oxide layer is used at least as its one surface of two surfaces vertical to the heat conductive direction 4 of at least a vacuum heat insulating material. A residual one surface may be a gas impermeable material such as a steel plate to constitute, for example, a refrigerator outer wall. A material having heat conductivity smaller than a resin sheet having a metallic layer or a metallic oxide layer to constitute a surface 2 in the direction vertical to the heat conductive direction 4, is used as a packing material to constitute a surface 3 parallel to the heat conductive direction 4 of a packing vessel. Among such materials, resin is used from moldability and an adhesive property with the resin sheet having a metallic layer or a metallic oxide layer. This is set smaller in heat conductivity than the resin sheet having a metallic layer or a metallic oxide layer to reduce a heat bridge.
