Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vacuum heat insulation material capable of maintaining heat insulating performance for a long period of time.
SOLUTION: In laminate film 2b covering one heat transfer surface of a core material 3, any one of straight chain type low density polyethylene film, high density polyethylene film or polypropylene film same as the laminate film 2a is used for a thermal deposition layer 4b. In a gas barrier layer 5b, vapor deposition layer of any one of metal, metal oxide or silica is formed on base film composed of polyethylene terephthalate film or polyethylenenaphthalate film or nylon film or polypropylene film, and polyacrylic acid resin layer is formed thereon. A first protection layer 6b and a second protection layer 7b consists of nylon film or polyethylene terephthalate film or polyethylenenaphthalate film or polypropylene film or multi-layered film thereof.
