Abstract:
To solve a problem associated with a vacuum heating furnace using radiation heat to dry an object to be treated in a vacuum container that a heat source of a temperature equal to or higher than a specified temperature may be placed neither inside nor outside of the vacuum container in some occasions in view of explosion prevention or the like.SOLUTION: The vacuum heating furnace comprising a vacuum container having an opening, a door that opens/closes the opening, a vacuum pump that discharges ambient gas present in the vacuum container, and a radiator having a radiation face heated by contacting a heat source to radiate heat in the vacuum container, is characterized in that a high radiation layer is formed on a first radiation face corresponding to a region contacting the heat source on a radiation face formed on the opposite face relative to the face at least contacting the heat source of the radiator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
