Abstract:
To solve a problem that a heating source cannot occasionally be placed inside or outside a vacuum container that dries a drying object using radiation heat, from the view point of explosion prevention or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a vacuum dryer comprising a vacuum container equipped with an opening, a door that opens/closes the opening, a vacuum pump that discharges atmospheric gas in the vacuum container, and a radiation body comprising a radiation face that radiates heat in the vacuum container by contacting a heating source and being heated thereby, in which vacuum dryer, a high radiation layer is formed on a first radiation face corresponding to an area contacting the heating source, on a radiation face formed on an opposite face relative to a face at least contacting the heating source of the radiation body, is characterized in that the heating source is disposed in the vacuum container and a high radiation layer is formed on the inner wall face of the vacuum container as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
