Title:
VACUUM INSULATED SWITCHGEAR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3395698
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically separate a main circuit from a measuring terminal and improve the reliability of vacuum monitoring and measuring function by providing a fixed electrode and a movable electrode through an insulator on a grounded vacuum vessel to form a switchgear, and providing a vacuum pressure measuring device on the vessel side surface.
SOLUTION: Bushings 3, 4 are provided around a grounded metallic vessel 2 to constitute a vacuum valve 1. A contactable and separable fixed electrode 5 and movable electrode 6 are arranged within the vacuum valve 1, and the input and interruption are performed by the contact and separation of both the electrodes 5, 6. The fixed electrode 5 is fixed to the bushing 3, and a flexible conductor 8 extended from the movable electrode 6 is connected to the bushing 4. The movable electrode 6 is connected to an insulating rod 9, and the insulating rod 9 is fixed to the metallic vessel 2 through a bellows 10. A magnetron type vacuum pressure measuring terminal 30 is mounted on the side surface of the metallic vessel 2. The power source circuit 40 of the measuring terminal 30 is separated from a main circuit 13 to eliminate the malfunction by the serge from the main circuit 13.
