This vacuum packaging equipment comprises a pressure container having a container main body 10 and a cover, a vacuum pump for negative pressurizing the inside of the pressure container and sealing equipment 6 for sealing the opening part of a packaging bag. The pressure container is provided slanted and the sealing equipment is arranged at the upper side within the pressure container. On both inner side faces along the slanting direction of the container main body, a side receiving member 42 forming a plurality of slit type catch parts 41 is provided. Between the receiving members on both sides, an oblong bag receiving member 40 is fastened detachably. The position of the bag receiving member is adjustable by selecting the catch part for fitting the bag receiving member.
