PURPOSE: To enable liquid and semi-solid substance to be filled in vacuum in a container and further enable the maximum capacity of the container to be maintained by a method wherein the dispenser member is fixed to the container in a sealed relation while the container is placed within an enclosure keeping a vacuum state.
CONSTITUTION: A socket is inserted into a strip 10 and a container R is deformed. A force is added only to an intermediate section of a side flange 12 through appropriate protrusions of jaws in grooves 128 and 138. The container of which approximate entire capacitance is deformed is filled with a large amount of substance and only a small amount of air left near a neck section 11 in a space. A dispenser is placed at an appropriate location of the container R. The dispenser is constituted of a pump and a main body of the pump is engaged within a neck section 15 of the container. The socket 110 is filled with substance and then it is placed below a device 3 together with the container R having a pump P not climped yet. Compressed air is fed through a duct 314. A space in the socket 110 and the device 3 are separated from an external side and thereafter suction is carried out through ducts 308 and 318 and then vacuum is established within the corresponding closed space, i.e., 'an enclosure'.
