Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a vacuum packaging which prevents the packed contents from boiling and securely wraps in a vacuum even if the substance is a liquid or a fluid and also the temperature is high.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature of packed materials, food for instance, is detected by a thermosensor 6 and the operating time of a vacuum pump is determined in accordance with the detected temperature. And the opening of a bag 3 is sealed by the actuation of a sealing unit 5 heat-sealing the opening of the bag 3 in accordance with the operating time.
