Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title cheese cake which has excellent (delicate) taste, appearance, and touch, and is easily stored and distributed.

CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant cake cup 4 is filled alternately with (A) a mixture 1 composed of cream cheese (50W100%) and other ingredients (50W0%) such as egg, sugar, corn starch, gelatin, etc., and (B) a mixture 2 composed of sugar, flour such as corn starch, coagulant such as gelatin, liquors, fruits, etc. (those which are in harmony with each other in their tastes, colors, touch, etc.). The layers of the mixtures are solidified by heating or cooling, and vacuum-packed.
