PURPOSE: To weaken the pressing force to an absorbed material and suppress the deformation of the absorbed material by installing an adsorptive pad on the top end side of a pen holder movably in the longitudinal direction of the pen holder, and protruding the adsorptive pad from the pen holder through a damping means.

CONSTITUTION: A pen holder 11 has a through hole 11a in the center, and on its tapered end surface 11b side, a slightly longitudinally movable adsorptive shaft 12 is installed protrudingly from the end surface 11b. The adsorptive shaft 12 has a through hole 12b, and an adsorptive pad 2 is fitted to its top end 12c. A coil spring 14 is installed between the adsorptive pad 2 and the end surface 11b. On the other end surface 11c side, a vacuum hose 3 is installed, and the through passage 11a is interrupted in the state where an adsorptive switch 4 is not pressed. When the adsorptive switch 4 is pressed while operating a vacuum pump to bring the adsorptive pad 2 in contact to an adsorbed material, the pressing force to the adsorbed material is absorbed by the coil spring 14 during the movement of the adsorptive pad 2, so that the deformation of the adsorbed material is suppressed.
