Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum press for elevated temperature the chamber of which of a high vacuum can be formed easily by a sliding frame which can move up and down in the position distant from the top and bottom heater, and by lowering the sliding frame to open state to supply or extract products easily and safely in a state of keeping the top and bottom heater into high temperature.
SOLUTION: The frame 11, 12, and 13, for the chamber construction which is equipped with the seal for keeping the vacuum in the cell were in the position isolated from the heating board 6 and 9 not to contact with and not to be influenced by the high temperature heating board.
