Abstract:

To provide a vacuum pump with a maintenance judging function which can maintain adequately.

This vacuum pump has a pump, provided operatably in the pump room of a casing, for discharging a medium sucked from a suction port from a discharge port following to the operation and a motor for driving the pump rotatingly. Detection means 20-24 for detecting a physical amount relating to the operation state of the pump along the time axis, a memory means 34 for memorizing the physical amount relating to the operation state of the pump detected by the detection means 20-24 and a display means 40 which can display visually the data relating to the physical amount relating to the operation state of the pump memorized in the memory means 34 along the time axis are provided.
