Abstract:
The pump (1) has a gas inlet (2), a gas outlet (3) and a side channel pump stage (6) that includes a rotatable blade wheel (600) with an edge. The wheel has a blade (602) with partial blades, which are arranged at an edge of the wheel. Angle between the partial blades and movement direction of the blade is smaller than 90 degrees. The blade wheel comprises another blade, and a partition wall is arranged between the blades in a direction of circumference of the blade wheel. The former blade comprises a chamfer in a rear side.
