Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a door to be easily removably attached with remote control by joining a pair of flats plates of the vacuum seal door with two-way shape memorizing alloy bolts to mount an one-way shape memorizing gasket memorizing a circular section on the outer surface of one flat plate.

CONSTITUTION: A vacuum seal door 10 engages a groove 24 of a flange portion 23 of a vacuum container body 22. Under such condition, the distance L between the outer surface of a flat plate 11 and the inner surface 23a of the flange portion 23 of the container body 22 is larger than the diameter of a shape memorizing alloy gasket (SMA gasket) 15 on which the external force does not act. Here, when shape memorizing alloy bolts (SMA bolts) 14 are heated higher than AfB point (temperature of bus phase completion) by sending heating fluid to fluid paths 17, 18, the bolts 14 are extended. Thus, the flat plates 11, 12 are pressed against the inside surface 23a of flange portion and projecting streaks 25 to press and deform the gasket 15. When the gasket 15 is heated by sending heating fluid to a fluid path 19 while the bolts 14 are held at the bus phase condition, the vacuum seal is formed.
