Abstract:
To provide a vacuum suction hand for a film sealing workpiece capable of eliminating the need of forming a hole or a slit in the suction part of the film thereof beforehand, capable of eliminating the need of a separate device for slitting, and capable of grasping the workpiece irrespective of the attitude of the workpiece even if workpieces are in bulk, and also provide a vacuum suction method.
This vacuum suction hand includes a vacuum suction cup 12 which is attached to the hand mounting part 2a of a conveying robot 2 and vacuum-sucks the outer surface of a film sealing workpiece 1 and a film drilling device 20 for drilling the film 1a of the film sealing workpiece 1 sucked by the vacuum suction cup 12.
