To permit the defecation and urination of a bedridden mobility- impaired person and an aged person to be easily and cleanly conducted without troubling another person and enable the easy sanitary after-treatment of feces and urine so as to provide for the advent of an aging society.
A largish defecating suction port having approximately the same shape as a mouthpiece for a feeding bottle is connected to a vacuum pump through an electric ball valve and a fecal tank by means of a vacuum hose and inserted into the anus of a user in his or her state as laid. The vacuum pump is operated at a low speed in order to allow the defecation and the suction to be performed under low vacuum and enable the clean defecation without soiling the inside and outside of the anus. After the defecating suction port is removed from the anus after completion of the defecation, the suction pump is operated at a high speed for the purpose of cleaning the inside of the hose with a high speed flow. Additionally, the vacuum pump is operated in such a state that the electric ball valve is closed so as to heighten the degree of vacuum inside the fecal tank, evaporate water content, desiccate and solidify the feces and the urine, and make the after-treatment easy and sanitary.
