PURPOSE: To make it possible to confirm easily the number of operations by installing a counter which operates based on an open air flowing in a vent pipe to an area where the vent pipe, which may take in an open air into an upper space of a house-inlet, is exposed on the ground.

CONSTITUTION: A sanitary sewage flow-in pipe 12 is connected to a house-inlet 11 of a vacuum sewerage 10 and a vacuum valve 15 is formed between a suction pipe 13 which is communicated with the soil chamber 11 and a vacuum sewage pipe 14 which is communication with a vacuum source. Then, a count device 100 is installed to a vent pipe 17, which may take in an open air to pressurize sanitary sewage, to an upper part space of the house-inlet 11 by way of a spring 101. This count device 100 is designed to count the flow of the open air in the flow of the vent pipe 17 produced by an opening motion of the vacuum valve 15. The number of on/off operations of the vacuum valve 15 is counted based on the result of the count operation. It is, therefore, possible to confirm the number of on/off operations of the vacuum valve 15 on the ground.
