To reduce unnatural feeling and a pain in the case of inserting an insertion type vaginal washing device into the vagina.

The vaginal washing device is provided with a bar-like vagina insertion member 1 connected with a water guide tube and a drain tube communicated with a water feeding and draining source at its proximal end. The vagina insertion member 1 is provided with: a jetting port 14 for jetting washing water into the vagina; and a drain 15 of the washing water jetted into the vagina. At the outer periphery of the vagina insertion member 1, a large diameter part 16 where a diameter is larger than that at the other part of the outer periphery is formed. The jetting port 14 is provided at a position closer to the distal end side of the vagina insertion member 1 than the largest diameter part of the large diameter part 16, and the drain 15 is provided at a position closer to the proximal end side of the vagina insertion member 1 than the largest diameter part of the large diameter part 16. Inside of the vagina insertion member 1, a through hole 4 whose one end is opened at a position closer to the distal end side of the vagina insertion member 1 than the largest diameter part of the large diameter part 16 and the other end of which is opned at a positoion closer to the proximal end side of the vagina insertion member 1 than the largest diameter part of the large diameter part 16 is formed.
