PURPOSE: To provide a valley flashing structure equipped with a snow melting device, with which it is possible to install valley flashing gutters simply, enhance the snow melting effect, preclude generation of a turbulence even though a large quantity of rainwater flows into the valley flushing gutters at one time from the roofs on both sides where gutters are fitted, and allow the water to flow in the gutters smoothly, and prevent drop of the draining capacity.

CONSTITUTION: A tubular heat radiating element 2 stretching in the longitudinal direction is placed in the center of the bottom of each valley flushing gutter having substantially groove-shaped section, and a plurality of water sprinkling holes 6 are opened in longitudinal arrangement in a part over the peripheral surface of the heat radiating element 2. At the top of the element a partitioning plate is installed upright extending in the longitudinal direction. The heat radiating element itself is free of sprinkling holes.
