Abstract:
To issue highly valuable cards by reducing the possibility of illegal alteration of the cards after starting its use and reducing the loss caused by the illegal cards.
At least, this valuable information recording cards recording the valuable information is provided with a first recording means capable of writing therein only once, and the handling device is provided with a read-out and write-in means capable of reading and writing the first recording means, respectively. This valuable information recording cards and the handling device are characterized in recording the valuable information according to the number of un-written units of the first record means.
