If the value of the zone B is lower than that of the zone A, a standard notation is performed and no standard notation is performed in other cases. Thus, if both zones A and B has the same value, no standard description is performed. Thus, plural standard notations are not performed in a single description zone. Therefore, a series of processing time can be shortened and the external view of a card 1 is never impaired due to the slippage of description positions as long as no standard notation is performed.
