Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a valve capable of reducing a dimension along an axial direction of a valve member by reducing a driving force for driving the valve member.SOLUTION: A valve has two or more ports, and it includes: a housing whose connection parts are connected to the two or more ports respectively, and in which a closed space whose pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure is formed inside; a valve member stored inside the housing and rotatably supported by the housing, having a magnet, and for opening/closing one or more ports by the rotation position; and a drive part disposed outside of the housing and for rotating the valve member by allowing a magnetic force to act on the magnet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
