Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive valve device capable of suppressing pressure pulsation.SOLUTION: A pressure pulsation attenuation device 16 is incorporated into a valve element 14 of a valve device 10. A guide hole 48A is provided at an end part facing a fluid chamber 64 communicating with a pilot control connection port P1 of a spool valve body 14 as the valve element 14. The guide 48A guides a plunger 50 in a slidable manner. By causing a preload device 54 to energize the plunger 50 toward the fluid chamber 64, pressure pulsation is attenuated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
