Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device which can restrain foreign matters mixed into a gas from intruding into an on-off valve by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A base part 22 of a valve device 20 has a first flow passage 30 having an on-off valve 36, and a second flow passage 50 connected to the first flow passage 30, and having a check valve 54. The base part 22 has a third flow passage 70 which communicates with a connection region between the first flow passage 30 and the second flow passage 50, and also communicates with a mouthpiece 12. Both regions in which the second flow passage 50 and the third flow passage 70 are connected to each other are coaxially connected to each other, and the second flow passage 50 and the first flow passage 30 intersect with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
