A solenoid valve 30 that constitutes a hydraulic control device 20 has a recessed part 33 formed on the outer circumference of a sleeve 32, which is a portion inserted into a valve insertion hole 24 of the lower half part 22 as a first body constituting the valve body 21. In the lower half part 22 of the valve body 21, a first flow passage 27a and a second flow passage 27b are formed separately from each other so as to each extend from a joint face 22a of the upper half part 23 side to the valve insertion hole 24 side and to be communicated with a space 28 partitioned by the solenoid valve 30, i.e., the recessed part 33 of the sleeve 32, and the inner surface of the valve insertion hole 24.
