Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent falling of the valve shaft of the valve ball supporting type ball valve in such a way that a support shaft is arranged along a rotary shaft of a valve shaft, the valve shaft part has the valve shaft fixed from the inside of a valve casing by supporting both ends of the support valve. CONSTITUTION:A valve ball 14 is supported along a rotary shaft by a support shaft 21, and even if the valve ball 14 undergoes fluid pressure flowing through fluid paths 2, 3, it is not displaced to the downstream side, and excessive force does not affect on a seat ring 17 in the downstream side. Also without reduction of contact force of a seat ring 17' in the upstream side, sealing effect is sustained. A valve shaft 7 and a support shaft 2 are formed in each divided halves and they are separately inserted through a valve shaft inserting hole 5 and a support shaft inserting hole 19. Since the valve shaft 7 is inserted through the side of a valve chamber 4, and outside of the valve shaft inserting hole 5 has a smaller diameter than a collar part 9 of the valve shaft 7, falling of the valve shaft of the valve ball supporting shaped ball valve can be prevented.
