A retainer pin 4 crossing a valve chamber 2 is inserted on the aperture part side of the valve chamber 2 to impede the slip-off of a valve component accommodated in the valve chamber 2. The insert direction A of the retainer pin 4 from the aperture part side view of the valve chamber 2 is set in a direction of intersecting an opening/closing direction B of a molding die of this valve body 1, passing the center O of the cross section of the valve chamber 2. The valve body 1 can be provided with a groove 5 forming an oil passage even at a part positioned directly below the cross section center O of the valve chamber 2. Since the center part of the valve component can be supported to the retainer pin 4, a spacer for holding the valve component is dispensed with.
