Abstract:
To provide a valve body operation mechanism of a valve gear which can conduct a closing operation of a valve body without fail.SOLUTION: A valve gear includes: a valve body 36 which opens or closes an area between an inflow passage 17 and an outflow passage 40a of a fluid; a shaft member 32 integrally formed with the valve body 36; and a power transmission member 28 which applies a driving force to the shaft member 32. The driving force is applied to the shaft member 32 to press the valve body 36 in a valve opening direction and separate the valve body 36 from a valve seat 34b. Application of the driving force is stopped to cause the valve body 36 to move in a valve closing direction and be seated on the valve seat 34b. In a valve body operation mechanism VM of the valve gear, the power transmission member 28 is formed with a valve closing structure CM which engages with the shaft member 32 and causes the valve body 36 to move in the valve closing direction and be seated on the valve seat 34b when the application of the driving force is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
