Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent combustible gas and active gas included in an atmosphere around a valve from entering a valve stem holding part.SOLUTION: A valve casing 5 comprises: working fluid flow passages 6 and 7 through which working fluid ST flows; and a valve stem holding part 12 that houses at least a valve stem 13 out of flow rate control members 8, 9, and 13 that control a flow rate of the working fluid ST in the working fluid flow passages 6 and 7, and of which one end part is connected to the working fluid flow passages 6 and 7. The valve stem holding part 12 comprises an inert gas supply part 32 that supplies inert gas N to a stem hole 20 of the valve stem 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
