Abstract:
To provide a valve closing device which prevents a valve element and gears from being subjected to excessive force, and also prevents a valve, a speed reducer and the like from being damaged.
A slip device 2 provided with a shaft member 21, a cylindrical member 22 provided for the outer circumference of the shaft member 21 in such a way that they can be rotated, and with a resilient member 23 giving specified resistance to the rotation between the shaft member 21 and the cylindrical member 22, is interposed between a rotating shaft 1 for opening/closing a valve, and an operating means (a handle wheel 4) for rotating the rotating shaft 1.
