To provide a valve control, a motor-driven gate and a motor-operated valve, for restricting the transmission of force to an external apparatus, when a load of a predetermined value or more is generated by handle operation.
A valve control 10 includes a motor 11, a power transmission means 12 for transmitting driving force of the motor 11 to an external apparatus, a torque limiter 13 for stopping the motor 11 when the load of a specific value or more is generated in the power transmission means 12 when operating the motor 11, and a manual handle 14 for imparting power to the external apparatus via the power transmission means 12, and includes a movable body integrally rotating with the manual handle 14, a torque transmission member connected to the power transmission means 12, and a frictional force generating member for generating frictional force between the movable body and the torque transmission member. When torque imparted to the movable body from the manual handle 14 exceeds the frictional force between the movable body and the torque transmission member, integrity between the torque transmission member, the power transmission means 12 and the movable body is released.
