Title:
VALVE DEVICE FOR DISPLACEMENT TYPE COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07259740
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of composite noise in addition to reduction of incurring of a suction pressure loss and the occurrence of excessive compression by a method wherein one of a valve seat surface and a lead valve is covered with a seal body with which the periphery of a through hole is surrounded and which is elastically bendable following the lead valve.

CONSTITUTION: When, during operation of a compression, a relative differential pressure between a compression chamber 1a and a high pressure area 5 is exerted in a direction in which a lead valve 7a is closed, the lead valve 7a is bent in the centripetal direction of a through-hole 5a based on interference stepped parts P1 and P2 serving as a fulcrum. By bringing the lead valve into collision contact with the whole peripheral edge of the opening, the through-hole 5a is closed Simultaneously, a seal body 20a is also bent following bending of the lead valve 7a to closely seal the periphery of the through-hole 5a. Thereafter, when a relative differential pressure between the compression chamber 1a and the high pressure area 5 is reversed and attains an opening pressure for the lead valve 7a, a restoration reaction force from a bending posture assists opening of the lead valve 7a, whereby the instantaneous pressure wave of refrigerant gas and a vibration wave owing to a crush with an opening valve regulating surface are damped. Thus, a vibration noise obstacle is prevented from occurring.
